Bosch GLL2-80 ‘a versatile tool’
The versatility that comes with the Bosch GLL2-80 measuring tool has been highlighted by one writer.
Reviewing the hand tool for Pro Tools Review, Everett Synder describes the laser layout device as being "fast and simple" to set up.
He points out that while many users may struggle to make the choice between whether to use a cross-line or rotary tool, the 360-degree dual-plane line laser GLL2-80 is "the ideal middle ground".
And as the appliance can project constant lines on both vertical and horizontal planes, it is ideal to use when fitting tiles and cabinets, as well as for decorating and interior framing projects.
Once level, the GLL2-80 is accurate to within a quarter-inch of its 100-foot range.
Mr Synder also notes that the device can be mounted in a number of ways, including a tripod and using a magnetic attachment.
Such commendation follows a previous article by Pro Tools Review, which praised the Black & Decker BDL170 BULLSEYE Auto-Leveling Laser as being "just the ticket" for those wanting to hang up a row of pictures.
